23	DPS calculated from time it takes to dump magazine divided by time it takes to fire magazine. This makes the devotion and havoc a little misleading due to it's spin up time
24	Havoc reload time includes shoot delay. It just makes sense to include it since reload time really only matters when figuring out how long it takes to send the next round downrange.

26	3/7/2019: The wingman has been adjusted to accurately reflect DPS as with the new nerf. It was not calculated as others have since the developers having given the exact shots per second that it was nerfed to.
27	That wingman DPS calculation from the Devs numbers was calculated based off animations while my testing was based of time between 1st and last shot. This leads to some DPS variation with the slower firing weapons. I'm keeping that 117 on the wingman since that will more accurately reflect extended mags. I may recalculated DPS based on this knowledge later.
