8	B	B1-L (left)	B1-M (middle)		B1-R (right)	Counters are normally stacked top to bottom. Counter group designated as A1-L-1 starts as the topmost counter in the comparment A1-L.	When stacking these counters, place the top of the same counter group, horizontally, along the top edge of the compartment.	These counters should always be stacked horizontally if possible.		Markers tab includes info on all game markers.

13	C	C1-L-H (high)	C1-M-H (high)		C1-R-H (high)	Counter group designated A3-R-5 starts as the 5th counter from the top in compartment A3-R, etc.	Remaining counters of the group are then placed vertically, immidiatelly below the top group, in the same compartment.	You should always try to place up to two counter groups per compartment. Those stacked at the top of compartment are marked H for high, and those stacked at the bottom of compartment are marked L for low.		Tabs with nation name and number 1 next to it, have counters sorted by their tray location, and show their front and back designations, expansion and quantity.

18	D					Only the position of the first counter of the same counter group (identical counters) is labeled. Following groups are then placed in the next available position. To save space, not each group has to start at the top.	To save space, if the next counter group starts in the same compartment, following the last counter label the position of this new group with H if starting in horizontal stack or L if starting in vertical stack.	Use 3 x 1/3 Dividers for these counters. Depending on the thickness of the counters, you may stack between 16-20 counters per compartment.		Tabs with nation name and number 2 next to it, have counters sorted alphabetically and show their point value and year of service, for ease of sort in DIY scenarios.
