I only need a fleet of large trucks delivering stuff from Siberia to Berlin.

We are creating a UV cuddle space with the need to buy lamps and various deko to make and create (ie some lazer cut lamps, hanging paper decorations, yarn and tape art). We aim to borrow or salvage for free mattresses, blankets, pillows etc where possible to keep costs down.

UV Blacklights, UV reactive acrylic, paint, tapes and strings. White faux furr/fuzzy material.

We will aim to use the storage facility to collate any borrowed items for returning after the event. In terms of the deco and equipment on site, we are able to strike some on the night of the party and also come to collect any bigger items the day after (on the current understanding the venue is happy for this to happen).

Transporting to/from the storage area mattresses/blankets/pillows if we are able to loan some from within the KB community

Bringing the Fire Space to Anomolie. We will need ideally 8x10m of flat space with no overhanging decorations. I can bring all of my equipment to supply a safe dipping station that would be open for all players, encouraging radical inclusion. The Fire Space would run for as long as there is Oil to use or until all of the safety volunteers have lost interest (which is very likely until sunrise and beyond). We will have a shift plan of 2 x Safety volunteers at each point in time, preferably in 2 hour shifts (9-11, 11-1, 1-3 etc).
We will need some music for the Fire Space. If anomolie can provide a speaker then that would be awesome, otherwise I can bring my own street box. We will need to clear with Anomolie how loud we can be during the nighttime outdoors.
I would also love to take the opportunity to supply/build some new fire torches for the Fire Space. The concept are Fire Vortex's, and would be an excellent sustainable and continued addition to our communities fire Spaces. But this would be secondary funding if possible.

That could be very useful. I could bring my tool stand (~2m long wooden beams) and more safety/LNT equipment.

I would like to run a workshop to teach people the Sanskrit alphabet and the how each letter is pronounced and Categorized in relation to English/German.

By the end of the workshop, the goal will be to learn to write your own name in Sanskrit. I will add some calligraphy techniques for decoration if time permits.

The writing will be done on special paper with brushes and paints or sketch pens that I can provide or also body paint if people choose to paint on body.

Time needed: 1/1.5 hr

I can finance this myself

- The paper will be special, i hope that people can take it back with them to get it framed if they like to, else i will bring some bags for the waste paper.
- I will also bring some newspapers so that paint doesn't fall on the floor.
- I'll have separate containers for the brushes and paints.
- Since I'll be teaching, I would do so on a large chart paper set on a wall or any vertical surface which would need to be discarded after the workshop. I may need some help shredding it so i can take the waste back easily.

I should be able manage it :)

It would be great to somehow know a bit in advance if and how many people would like this sort of workshop, so I can be prepared with my supplies a few days in advance.

I would like to give a small workshop First aid concerning burnwounds and some firesafety with fireextinguishers and a flame trainer to actually practice how to extinguish fires.

Fireextinguishers are filled with water. Flames with propane gas. Not much will be used.

I would like to bring one-two additional safetytrainers who will help so everyone stays safe. I need an outdoor area. I would like to give the workshop in the beginning of the event, not too late. People neet to be sober for this :-D

Come get a mold and casting of any body part you want, discover your true self and bring back a present for that special person in your heart ! (PS : Open to any genre, totally safe for the skin but trim your hair first !)

...To say it in french, I do plaster castings of people's favorite parts which are mostly vulvas, penises, tits and asses. It is a funny but also very serious and empowering experience for the participants. And they keep their castings as a gift.

I can also do silicon and resin castings if you want but it's more expensive in materials and I believe too time consuming for a single night !

There are some other consumables such as Vaseline, nitrile gloves, tarp, cardboard tubes, towelettes...which I already have and provide.

I have a big tarp i set on the ground so I don't moop around with plaster, which is otherwise kinda messy.

The whole gear is kinda heavy but i should be ok. But i need some water, around 10 liters !

If you have a massage table, that would be REALLY handy ! I won't bring mine I think, as it is too cumbersome in the train but if you have any that would be great! Or at least some kind of mattress I can cover with a tarp, so people can rest on it while the plaster mold is setting. Doing it on the floor ain't that fun !

This is for the mandala for the opening of the party and also for the closing ceremony to burn it!

ConsciousLoveFacilitation with light Bondage

In this workshop, we will learn about our own and other's wishes regarding physical touch. We will go by the wheel of consent but the level is advanced because one partner will be tied up, one will be either taker or giver and the third one is the facilitator who can monitor and instigate, inspire and intervene. I teach a very easy form of bondage first and then we will work in groups of three, always closelyguided by myself. It hepls to raise awareness and mindfulness and is a beautiful intro for a play party.

Is there a beamer at the club available that I can use? Or do I need to bring my own beamer? And how are we gonna hang that? And are there power cables available and a stair to hang the beamer and the screen? And can I hang a half translucent screen at the ceiling in front of the projector and at the stage, so the dancers can perform behind the screen? And what kind of materials would I need to hang it? And it would be really nice if I could use a LED lamp to light the dancers behind the screen! The LED lamp can make really cold white light, that matches the teint of the black and white projections.
