In the event that any individual item or activity included in the program does not occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., tournament cancellation, venue issues, etc.), the total cost will remain unchanged. When possible, we will substitute with a comparable opportunity of equal value to ensure a complete and enriching experience for all players.
