1. Put the companies in alphabetical order by ticker

2. A good site for data is stockrow.com but check against the investor relations page to make sure it lines up

3. If the company has the data, do the last 10 years if you can of revenue, gross profit, operating income and free cash flow (cash from ops - capex)

4. If the company doesn't have 10 years, just do as far back as you can

5. Please copy the format. To start a new tab, just duplicate the tab closest in the alphabet to the company you want to include.

6. For example, if I wanted to do Apple, I'd right-click duplicate on AAL and then delete AAL's numbers but I'd still have the same format

7. Please fix any mistakes you see, make this your own! There will likely be some mistakes.

8. The next tab "List" includes a snapshot of important data points. You can add to that by going to the cell and clicking = and then navigating to the respective tab with the data
