This document adds a school's information only when they complete the Google Registration Form. When you complete the Google Form and your school automatically populates here, our Treasurer will manually update the "Status" column within a week. Green means we got your form and payment, so you're set. Red means we got your form but no payment, so you're not a legal CHSSA participant (and need to pay the participation fee). Many teams rolled over their judge bond at State 2025 to cover their $150 CHSSA participation fee for 2025-2026, meaning your team is technically paid but likely not showing up on this main list. This is because you have not yet filled out the Google Form. If you haven't filled out the Google Form but want to know your rollover status, click the ROLLOVER LIST tab to see if your school is on the rollover list (and therefore doesn't need to pay, but does need to submit the Google Form).
