INSTRUCTIONS: Please download a copy of this worksheet and then populate it with the information identified below.

This worksheet is designed to gather information about the number of career pathway participants and completers in your ICT or Health* pathway at your school for the 2022-23 graduating class. It asks for three key pieces of information (disaggregated by Race / Ethnicity, Gender, and SES) for each high school and pathway in your school district:

1. Total Graduating Cohort - The number of students graduating from your school from the class of 2023. This may include students from the class of 2022 who graduated in 2023.
2. Total Pathway Participants - Of students from the 2023 graduating cohort, the number of students who enrolled in any ICT or Health* pathway class at any point in their high school career.
3. Total Completers - Of those in the 2023 graduating cohort, the number of students who completed your ICT or Health* pathway with a grade of C minus or better OR Pass in the capstone course(s).
