The ash was firm as well and held on quite well, dropping off in one inch chunks. GoodThe appearance and performance were the high points for me. Unfortunately, just like with cooking, taste is where it’s at and this one is not something I’d choose to smoke again. I’ve never had a cigar taste so strongly of rusty metal and it just never went away. Honestly it was tough for me to finish. 55

Only worry for me is the wrapper, it's smooth, oily and sexy, but has a greenish tint that I'm not liking or some reason. Light brown, nearly tan color overall. Very GoodDeep rich fermented notes with a lot of sweetness. Very impressive. GoodMediumMediumOpens really dry and sharp, very distnctively on the retrohale. Gets deep in there. Getting a ton of smoke production.
Fifteen minutes in an it continues to be very crisp and dry. There's some soft leathery sweetness apparent on the finish. It's not displaying a woody flavor, just overwhelmingly crisp and dry. 		GoodMediumMediumRemains consistently crisp and dry. Really nice construction here. Burn has been crisp, and the draw is effortless. Just wish there was a bit more here on display.
Toward the mid point there are some baking spices hinted at in the finish, but never really develop beyond occasional wisps on the palate. 		GoodMediumMediumMore, and more, and more of the same. The spices hinted at in the mid-portion remain buried deep in the mix. Not bad, but just isn't really engaging. ExcellentEffortless, very open draw. Loved it. ExcellentVery well behaved and quite correct throughout. ExcellentVery well crafted cigar, and in a vitola that I adored. Wish there had been a bit more to offer in the flavor department. GoodFlawless construction in a vitola that is a personal favorite, plus pigtails, and closed foot. Unfortunately this didn't offer much in terms of flavor. It was dry, and crisp for the duration, with occasional hints of sweetness, some soft leathery notes, and a bit of spice apparent in bursts, but never really reached the point where it was truly engaging.
