We will offer a meal to Key Clubbers who work 3 or more hours (more than one shift).
Should any parents wish to attend, we will be more than happy to sell them tickets.

Smile and Greet Our Guests
Collect the ticket and check the number against the paid list
Put on their wrist band, give them a program & and their casino/bingo dollars
Remind guests that:
there are buffets upstairs and on the patio, opened at 6:30
there is bingo upstairs, a casino, photo booth and silent auction downstairs
a voice auction will be on the patio at 9:40PM
there is music by the Ravelers and dancing on the patio
Opportunity Ticket Sales: Kiwanis contact Julie Martin
There is a basket with opportunity tickets to walk around, both upstairs and down,
and ask if anyone would like to purchase.
The tickets are 1 for $5, 3 for $10 and 7 for $20.
The first prize is $500 on Southwest Airlines
The second prize is a case of wine (12 bottles)
The third prize is an Echo
Silent Auction: Kiwanis contact Steven Llanusa
For 6:PM to 7:30PM and 7:30PM to 9PM, please keep an eye on the baskets,
answers questions and make sure pens are always available and working.
For 9PM to 10PM, talke to Mr Llanusa. Gather bid sheets and pens when it is
announced that the auction is closed. Take the sheets apart and put the yellow
sheets in a separate pile. Work with the white sheets and list the winners on
the computer next to the basket number. Have someone alphabetize the
white forms so multiple basket winners can be stapled together. Mr. Llanusa
will let you know what else to do.
Photo Booth: Contact is the Photo Booth person
Help keep the props available on the table and perhaps keep a line organized.
Bingo: Kiwanis contact Marty Moreno
|Between games, go from table to table selling bingo sheets at $5 each. There are four games that can be played at one time on each sheet, they can chose to play all four at once or just one or two, but after each game is called, a new sheet is needed to play again. Pull each ball and give it to the caller and then put it in the called numbers holder. When someone yells “bingo” get their card and match it against the called numbers. Give the winner one of the unmarked pre-wrapped prizes. All prizes are gift cards valued between $15 and $25.|
