30	Conclusions: Kutum has hidden AP that is exclusive to PVE. It is roughly 25 AP on top of the 25 AP it already has at TRI. At TET, Kutum gives roughly 33 AP on top of the 26 it already has.
31	I did a test a while back that showed 40 additional AP at TET, so it is perplexing as to why it was 33 after re-testing. Another thing that shows it is indeed AP is that it does not circumvent the
32	AP cap in Mediah regions, and the same damage is done with kutum Vs another offhand assuming you are above the AP cap

34	The extra damage is purely from hidden AP, and not from something such as extra damage to a specific species, or extra % damage. I made absolutely sure in this test to not count any misses, and to factor
35	in criticals, so the small amount of accuracy that Kutum gives or crits would not have interfered with the data. I also made sure to do the low AP testing for both TRI and the not here TET Kutum, to make sure
36	that the damage at high AP was not the result of another property of accuracy or anothre type of accuracy, such as higher chance to roll the highest weapon damage, or increased critical chance.
