1 | Schemes tab: this is a list of approved "schemes" on existing houses in the neighborhood. Approved Colors tab: this is a list of individual colors that have been approved in the neighborhood. Trim & Fence tab: Approved stains for fences and the only approved colors for house trims. Lot List/Colors tab: Another list with specific addresses that match up to their colors. If you like a house color, write down their address, and compare it to the addresses provided to get the information. These came from either neighbors who volunteered the information, or neighbors who allowed us to scan their home with an optical reader. *Disclaimer: Whether you are painting your house the same color as before, or a new color, including colors from this approved list, you STILL NEED TO SUBMIT an Architecural Request Form! This list of colors is meant to be a resource for color choices, and not an automatic YES approval if you choose any of these colors.

15 | Below is a link that you can use to input an NCS code (a code from our optical reader) to get a paint color. It works best to either get an RGB code, or a Sherwin Williams code. You should be able to take one of these codes to a paint store to match it. Keep in mind that our optical reader is not perfect, and provides "close matches" to the actual paint color. https://qconv.com/en/colors
