To randomize this sheet, please make a copy (File -> Make a Copy), you will not be able to randomize any of the information on this sheet without making your own copy.

Once you have your own copy, you can randomly generate information in the Random City tab at the bottom of this window.

To Save a City to the Saved Cities Tab: Select the whole highlighted block in the Random City tab and copy it with CTRL+C (or CMD+C on a Mac). Switch to the Saved Cities tab and select the top left corner of any highlighted block and paste your City with CTRL+SHIFT+V (or CMD+SHIFT+V on Mac).
