These are based on mid-game materials. No Infinity/Awakened materials because if you have access to those, you have access to better weapons than Tinkers' can give you.
6
I can't believe I had to double the font size and make it red for people to not ignore this...
7
For weapons, most of them can be replaced by Nihilite as soon as you get it, it's without a doubt the most broken material in the pack. But since it's a material you'd only get around endgame, I'll mostly exclude it from this spreadsheet. All this was made by u/FlamingWedge on Reddit

Notes
51
These three types of swords have been compiled together since it's only the type of guards that are different which determine their stats. Personally I recommend a Longsword for early and mid-game to one-shot mobs easily, and once you get access to Nihilite, get a Rapier with Nihilite on it and start stacking. If you're gonna have near-infinite damage and speed anyway, and infinite durability with Steeleaf, then the only thing you can invest into is utility.

Tool Head (Head)Best = SolariumMaterial from TAIGA, has Vibranium Mining Level, mines faster consecutively, and has a 5% chance to cure Poison every tick
59
60
61
Tool Binding (Extra)Best = SteeleafMakes your tool regenerate durability if you have Steeleaf in your hotbar - a full stack of Steeleaf Blocks can make even a Shuriken essentially Unbreakable
62
2nd Best = Enchanted Metal4x XP boost from mining blocks and killing mobs, stacks with Copper/Osmium.
63
64
Tool Rod (Handle)Best = AlumiteAllows you to bind your tool to an inventory (e.g. Chest/Crate/Shulker Box) and anything you mine with it teleports directly into the bound inventory
65
2nd Best = Reinforced Pink SlimeIncreases Mining speed by 1 for every level it is above the required mining level. Also has a chance to spawn Pink Slimes. You can use Knightslime if you find the Pink Slime annoying.
66
3rd Best = KnightslimeGreat durability and increases mining speed the higher it's mining level is above the required one.

68

Notes
82
The best Tinkers Pickaxe you can get in this pack. Solarium is the best Vibranium-level Pickaxe Head with its stats and traits. Steeleaf saves you 5 modifiers on making it Unbreakable. Alumite makes the need for a mining backpack redundant since all of it gets teleported to an inventory of your choosing.
