Responsibilities would include planning and leading practices, developing game strategies, analyzing player strengths and weaknesses, and fostering teamwork and sportsmanship to improve performance. Candidate should profess and live out Christian faith and character. Practice begins mid July with season starting mid August and ending mid October. Head Cross Country Coach/Assistant Track and Field
This is a Lay/Part Time Coaching Position, Cross Country begins in July and concludes in October, Track begins in March and concludes in May. This position is for 6th-12th Grade and you will report directly to the Athletic Director. Pay will be discussed during interview process. Head Coach is responsible Pre-Season planning, Parent Meetings, Communication, working with Athletic Director on scheduling.
