Accepts all Apple Health managed care plans, as well as uninsured patients.
Uninsured patients will be placed on sliding fee scale.
Clinic is able to do eye exams and referrals to specialty eye care.
They have an optical department, but hardware is an out-of-pocket expense.
Walk-ins possible, but not preferred.

All yellow highlighted resources require referral through YWCA Health Access Advocate.
These resources are part of the YWCA's Eye Care for the Homeless Project.
Patients must be experiencing homelessness, but there are otherwise no additional qualifications (income, immigration status, insurance, etc.)
The program provides vouchers for both free eye exams and free glasses at these four clinic locations.
