2028Den Leader is one of the most important roles in the Pack. Ideally, Den Leaders serve the same den for at least two years and instead of running all the meetings every month themselves, parents in the den take turns to lead the adventures and serve as Akela, the leader. If you notice den leaders volunteering to run other pack activities, consider asking if you can help (or swap them) out.
