Sign up and ShopWhen you are ready to drop off (by 12/9)

1. Go to the 'Sign Up Sheet' tab and select a family and/or items you would like to donate. Please feel free to sign up for one item, several items, or an entire family - your choice. We thank you for your donation no matter how big or small! 1. Please do not wrap presents. If you can, place all items for your family in one bag/container and mark with their FAMILY ID (column A).

2. You will be editing columns F-K only. Please be as detailed as possible in these columns. If you want to clarify what you purchased, please write details in the last column under Additional Notes.2. For gifts/presents: Tape a note to each item with the FAMILY ID (column A) and CHILD 1, PARENT 2, etc. (Stickie notes usually fall off.)

3. Add your NAME/EMAIL/PHONE to columns G, H, I, Put the value of the item in Column F (we need this for tax purposes). Add where and when you dropped off your items in Column J. *If you prefer to stay anonymous on the sheet, please email Tiffany directly for coordination and tracking.*4. For gift cards: Place in a sealed envelope with the FAMILY ID (column A) and CHILD 1, PARENT 2, etc. on the outside.

For immediate needs that indicate bill pay assistance, please contact Tiffany for the information needed to complete the payment (contact info, account number, etc.)5. By Monday, Dec. 9th: Place all items in the collection bins located in the front offices of JA Elementary, JA Secondary, JA Coal Creek Canyon, or Summit Academy Westminster. For gift card envelopes, please hand those to the front office staff to hold behind the desk until pickup.

*IF ALL ITEMS ARE FILLED IN BUT YOU STILL WANT TO DONATE, WE ACCEPT MONETARY DONATIONS FOR THE PROGRAM HERE, GIFT CARDS TO FILL IN FOR FAMILIES THAT MAY NEED SOME ADDITIONAL HELP, AND/OR FOR FUTURE FAMILIES WITH EMERGENCIES THAT ARISE , AND GIFT WRAPPING SUPPLY DONATIONS.
