This page shows an example of the District Sheet. Each City District, Sprawl District and Sprawl Project has its own dedicated sheet, you can navigate to the correct sheet in the navbar on the bottom or by going to the Districts sheet, which shows an overview of them.
3
4
Each sheet features a list of the SubDistricts of that District, the SubDistricts hold information on who's the SubDistrict Leader, which mods approved the SubDistrict, who contributed builds, etc. Every SubDistrict Leader is required to keep this up to date. Since the number of plots within a SubDistrict should regularly not exceed 10-15, this is not too much to ask. Incomplete data entries will mean that the SubDistrict can not be considered complete! Notorious slackers may be excluded from future opportunities!
5
6
7
The fields with a green backdrop are the ones a SubDistrict Leader is required to take care of. Red fields are updated by mods and orange fields by the QA Team. Keep them up to date as much as possible!
8
Feel free to play around with the green fields, although, nothing is being tallied in this document.
9
10
The District ID, SubDistrict ID and Plot ID fields must be entered correctly for every SubDistrict. When additional plots are added, the Plot IDs must be adjusted accordingly! The number of plots in a SubDistrict should usually fall into a range of 10-15. If you need more, you may add more lines (see boxes on the left). If you need fewer, mark empty plot numbers with a -, starting from the bottom. The Purpose field tallies a buildings primary purpose. Often, buildings may be dedicated to more than one purpose, e.g. feature both a shop as well as several residences. In that case, enter them like this:Buildings may include several classes, e.g. middle and low class residences. Enter the highest class within the building.Once the plot is built, and all of your feedback addressed, tick this box to mark the plot as finished.

13
14
Purpose1,Purpose2,Purpose3The QA Team checks SubDistricts whose plots are all marked as completed and provides feedback or post-approves each plot. Once all plots are post-approved by the QA Team, the SubDistrict can be considered finished.

16
The Builder field holds the name of the builder of a plot. Names must be the full ingame name and be spelt correctly - No nicknames! If there is a coop between builders, enter their names exactly like this: The plot's Profession. Most plots don't come with a dedicated profession, e.g. when they are of residential purpose. In this case, leave this field blank. If a plot features more than one profession, enter them like this:

The SubDistrict Milestones update automatically and allow you (and us) to track your progress. The Plotting Approved field needs to be entered by the Moderator that approves the proposed plotting of the SubDistrict. The SubDistrict Leader is required to wait for this approval before the SubDistrict can be opened up for building.
