DRESS A GIRL AROUND THE WORLD

Saratoga Senior Center Portable (Oak Room) - 19655 Allendale Avenue, Saratoga
(adjacent to the Saratoga Senior Center where we meet)

Our community project this year is to sew dresses for Dress a Girl Around the World,
which donates more than 7,000 dresses annually to girls of all ages in more than 80 countries including the US.
Our own Ronda Chaney has led the way on our involvement in Dress A Girl, making over 200 dresses in the last two years!

• Some sewing machines, ironing boards, space,, and other equipment will already be available
• If you'd like to bring your own machine, that would be great. Pre-cut kits of dresses will be provided
• Bring your own sewing tools (scissors, pins, ripper, etc.) If you have odds and ends of
laces, ribbons, ricrac or trims, colors of thread, they are welcomed
• Enjoy being able to see and socialize with PenWAG members & friends in person
• Just walk in and sew! What could be easier?!

Our space has a kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave and a restroom.
Non-members are welcome to join in. There is no charge.
