First time finally having mild hypoglicemia (~67 for 10 minutes)
Hunger still feels confused
Spent most of the day on a phone call with a friend. Went wellFeeling well. Some mild tensions with a friend, but went well besides that. Felt this sense of well-being during the evening2-3rd day of chromium 200 before sleeping. Seems to start working well, I feel more focused and emotional
Still have random overheatings, and multiple spikes after eating, which may mean 200 is too much, I'll try lowering it to 100-50 next week.
Feeling a bit sick in the morning, eating cucumbers help. Otherwise, the sense of flow is still present, like a constant sense of focus.
3D has shifted, it feels less immersive and more like "simply present". Will need to find some axes to differentiate this.
Sugar remained high for hours after eating bread, so maybe
Worked all day, without hitch or hurdle. Didn't feel as focused as that one outburst last time, but working was a breeze and there were no distractions.
When doing the "lift my hand" test, I notice that I cannot access the in-between state where it wants to lift but doesn't move?
I feel like I am eating less, will be sure to weigh myself to check how this is evolving.
Sugar was very high this night as well, so it might be that I am eating too late. I will switch to chromium 50 in two days, and see how that helps
Overall very pleased with the progress, the feeling is very similar to how it was post potato diet, and less hypo/manic than when I was on it. It seems like there is a lot of momentum and inertia, and this gives a stable basis for experimentations

A bit of a slower day. Had to eat to a restaurant for social reasons, might have messed my schedule a bit
Surprised that my sugar stayed quite high after eating oatmeals, it only went down after eating at the restaurant. Weird. I also felt full very quickly

Couldn't sleep after taking chromium, though I rested in bed for an hour. Might be that I'm taking it too early or that 200 makes me too excited and restless.

Still felt volitioned, relationships are going well and colors are still right, though I procrastinated a bitProcrastinated more. Still feels mostly up, but it feels like it might stop in a day or so. Looking four days ago, it corresponds to when I started taking chromium some time before going to sleep/eating again after having taken it, so it could pass in two days maybe.
I will raise up to chromium 100 just in case.
My sugar level was high (95-100) at 14:00 (three hours after waking up), so I might need to switch back to potatoes
Been on chromium 200 in the morning -> Oatmeal for a week now. Had some mild-to-severe belly pain yesterday, so I'll stop today/tomorrow if this continues and start taking it again before sleeping.
Glucose is always at 100 minimum, but has more distinctive spikes than before. I feel more restless at night, feels harder to sleep
Been on chromium 200 just before sleeping for two weeks now. Been feeling very great and working is easy. Sleep is no more restless, and I get 7-9 hours of sleep each day. My glucose is still out of whack though, and the last two days have been slow. It might be something I ate specifically, or that 200 is too much still.Seems to still be clearing up, must have eaten something wrong (maybe avoid flour, or prepared meal?)

Had a "rotten apple" breath smell, which might indicate ketosis? Blood ketones are low (< 0.1-0.2), need to test urine ketones as well

Have it on you so that it's easier to take when you feel you need it
Continue taking 100 chromium for ~4 days. If it still goes well, maybe lower to 25+25+25, if it does not, experiment with taking it after mealsContinue taking chromium 200 right before sleeping

Start eating oatmeals when waking up, it might be a nice transition to a few food diet?
I should take chromium just before sleeping, instead of expecting to feel sleepy with it like with melatonin
If you get worse in terms of mood, raise to chromium 200. If it seems to get better, continue on chromium 100
Be sure to only take chromium if you're going to sleep (how do I better distinguish feeling sleepy and actually going to sleep?)

Switch to potatoes if:
- It's 06/01 and you haven't had a day of focus since, or you've got one but it's not going better overall
- Your stomach upset is not improving much on lower doses
Continue chromium 200 ~this week. Note what you eat, probably there was something we ate twp days ago that countered the effect (cinamon?)
Some day after Friday, if you still feel "too much dopamine", try switching to chromium 100 and see if that improves thing
Continue for a month on chromium before sleeping (100 or 200) if it seems to go well.
Test for ketones today and when you are feeling fully focused
Couldn't test for ketones (no pharmacy had a reader to buy), will need to wait Friday to do so. I think I should switch to 100 soon after, but I want to see how it evolves first.
