HOW TO USE THIS DOCUMENT

1. Make a copy of this sheet (and rename it) and share it with everyone who is involved in the planning of the conference

2. Enter the date of your conference in the green box below

3. The list of tasks in the "Timetable" tab will now autofill with the suggested deadlines

4. The tasks with red background have "hard" deadlines. Some of them require RC involvement, this is indicated in the "Person responsible" column.

5. You can add other tasks if necessary.

6. You can use the Person Responsible, Status and Notes columns to track the progress of each task.
