About the Product Discovery Control Center
3
When starting on a new project there are so many questions and ideas floating around that it's difficult to keep track of everything. Especially when there are multiple people involved.

The Product Discovery Control Center is your one source of truth when working on a complex project. Having all of the uncovered knowledge, ideas, and timelines in one place will help align collaborators and stakeholders by ensuring that everyone has the same access to the discovered information. Information will not get lost or siloed in various slack channels or emails.

The spreadsheet content is divided into four sections
ā–Ŗ Set the context for the project
ā–Ŗ Gather qualitative and quantitative insights
ā–Ŗ Translate insights into problems
ā–Ŗ Generate ideas and prioritize them

I'll give an example of what kind of content should go in each tab of the spreadsheet.

To use this spreadsheet for your own projects, make a copy of it :)
