📘 How to Use This USD Trading Journal Tab:

- Enter your STARTING BALANCE in cell B1.

- RECOMMENDED LOT SIZE (cell B2) will adjust automatically based on your balance.

- Use the dropdown in the 'Order Type' column to select Buy or Sell.

- Enter your actual trade Lot Size manually. 'Expected Profit' will calculate automatically.

- Enter 'Actual Profit/Loss' after each trade. Cumulative Balance will update accordingly.

- Final Balance will auto-populate at the bottom of the sheet.

- Use the 'Notes' column to record your thoughts, reasons, or trade context.

- 50 points on XAUUSD = $0.50 when using 0.01 lot.

- The Lot Size for each day pulls from the recommended value in B2 (editable).

- Expected Profit is calculated automatically as: Lot Size × 50.

- Cumulative Balance updates daily based on your Actual Profit/Loss.

- Your Starting Balance (B1) will also update dynamically based on the most recent Cumulative Balance.

- Only enter numbers in the 'Actual Profit/Loss' column (Column F).

- Notes column can be used to log why you entered/exited trades, emotions, or events.

- Do not modify formulas unless you are customizing your strategy tracking.
