JEDI PROGRESSION ISSUES:

--Persisting issues: 1) This is partially an *AI issue* but... the
first 2 Sith Shadow Outlaws are spawning fine and approaching fine but
they are not only not auto-aggro'ing upon arriving at player location
but also, if player doesn't attack them, they run BACK to their
original 'spawn point' ...and then when player proceeds to that original
spawn point, their AI-aggro " ! " kicks in. -- 2) Also for those
first 2 initial Sith Shadow Outlaws... they will continue to RESPAWN
over & over again, no matter if you've killed them or not, and no
matter if player *uses* (aka radial 'activates' ) the Waypoint-Datapad
quest loot item or not. This *infinite respawning* behavior occurs
continuously across terrain distances, as 2 new Sith Shadow Outlaws
respawn from new spawn-spots. -- 3) due to issue #2, it's technically
possible to continue killing/looting an infinite amount of 'Waypoint
Datapad quest loot items' as well as an unlimited amount of 'activated'
white-Quest-waypoints (for the Sith Shadow *Camp*) .. -- 4) see my
note below in the Line 91 box. -- 5) Issue #2 also seems to occur
even if player travels *off planet* ; including even after i've
completed the entire 'goto Village' task on Dathomir. ---- Nee
