The purpose of this spread sheet is help figure out how much you need to charge and collect per hour. There are 3 sheets you must fill out. You can go to them by clicking on them along the bottom. You need to fill out all the yellow areas, the other fields contain calculations. Start with the labor sheet because the other sheets use numbers from there. Some fields have a comment which can be seen by holding your mouse over the field.

Strategies:
6
On both the Equipment and Overhead sheets you need to enter the number of hours over which you want to recover the costs. You could use actual payroll hours but to be on safe side it is recommended that you use a number lower then your actual payroll hours. Try us ing 40 hours. If you do more then 40 production hours in a week the extra production time is extremly profitable because you only need to pay labor out of those hours. Many comapnies use this "free" money to pay for incentive plans. Note: This only works if you hit your gross $ per hour target for the 40 hours.
