 Terms & Conditions

1. Utilities comprising, but not limited to, water and electricity shall be provided free of charge throughout the entire work period.
2. Working hours shall be same rates including Sunday, PH and over time.
3. Payments should be done for 30 days.
4. This quotation is valid for 30days from the date of this quotation and subject to fluctuating price revision of major equipment's like riser pipes, riser cdp pipes exclude.
5. Variations works not included in the above, shall be quoted/billed separately.
6. Pipes, fittings, armaflex,materials and ahu support system provide by others.
7. Any scissor lift or scaffold provide main-con and lifting by raa-one.
