Definitions
15
Number Rankings1= good enough to be useful / standard, 2 = some support, but only partial or sub-optimal in some other key way, 3 = not supported at all
16
Open StackUse of common open standards (vs proprietary APIs/protocols), e.g. OpenID
17
Ratio of Open StackThis column is intended to capture actual adoption. If the service has a non-standard offering as well as an open offering, what's the relative adoption of each? I would think that "1" would be >90% open, "2" would be >50%, and "3" would be <50%.
18
Monthly Active Users of Open StackIf an OP has lots of users, but nobody uses the open technology, then does it count? This column should capture the number of users of the open stack product, as that's how we'll measure adoption.

23
Friendly UIOP provides user-friendly UI (shows info about RP, no long multi-step scary TOS, etc.)
24
Feed DiscoveryOP helps RP discover which content/activity feeds user has available to share (e.g. flickr/delicious/upcoming/etc for a yahoo user)
25
Access to contactsSome API to access user's address book / social graph: e.g. "can you look up which of your friends are on some new site" vs "can you invite them" vs "can you get their raw contact info" etc
26
Contacts' email addressAPI provides access to the email addresses of user's contacts
27
Other contact infoAPI provides other contact info for user's contacts (phone/im/etc)
28
Del. auth APIAPI provides delegated authorization flow (e.g. "oauth dance" vs requiring RP to take credentials)
29
Long lived tokensRP can obtain long-lived API tokens for ongoing access to user's contacts (vs. one-time or short-lived access)
30
Two way sync APIAPI allows stateful bi-directional sync of contacts, not just read-only access or stateless CRUD
31
Ability to StoreTOS allows RP to store contact info obtained for user via APIs
32
Open StackUse of common open standards (vs proprietary APIs/protocols), e.g. OAuth & PoCo
33
RSS/AtomUser can syndicate their content created on OP via RSS/Atom feed
34
Rich MetadataShared feed has rich metatata, e.g. thumbnails, tags, or other structured data (not just a text description)
35
Lookup by emailOP has API to look up a user's feed given their email address (e.g. for auto-discovery or suggested feeds to share)
36
Real time updatesOP provides real-time updates of activity feeds, vs. making RP periodically poll
