Explanations
2
- Each tab represents a Puget Sound Action Agenda strategy for Healthy Shorelines. The language for the strategy is at the top of the worksheet. The actions shown in Column A are also actions from the Action Agenda language for Healthy Shorelines.
3
- The Healthy Shoreline topic is limited to marine shorelines. It does not include freshwater shorelines.
4
- The language has been shortened and simplified from the actual language for the Action Agenda to make it easier to incorporate into an LIO Action Plan.
5
- The overall purpose and intent of LIO Action Plans is to encourage Puget Sound Partnership, Strategic Initiative Leads, and EPA to increase connections between local ecosystem recovery and protection actions and Puget Sound recovery priorities.
6
- The goal is that local priorities are informing and aligned with regional priorities.
7
- The HealthyShoreline_TableKey provides explanations for the different categories in Column B.
8
- Information in Columns C-E and G was generated during the June 3rd workshop to identify barriers and opportunities that align with the Action Agenda strategies. The draft Action Plan has been through multiple rounds of review with opportunities for additions, comments, and other feedback. All comments received have been incorporated into the final document.
