2) Willing to learn the knowledge in fish handling, have at least basic knowledge in computer program such as excel and SPSS.
3) Able to work independently, pro-active working attitude, quick learner, multitasking, committed, hardworking, self-motivated and highly disciplined.
4) Innovative, hard worker and able to work with minimal supervision.
5) Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
The objectives of the study are to:
a) develop a comprehensive model for red tilapia/patin production
b) develop standard operating procedures for red tilapia breeding
c) design and construct nursery and growth-up pond
