48 | Photo Delivery Schedule: - 25-35 images on Tuesday night for a slideshow recap on Wednesday of the activities thus far. - Highlight Photos are delivered within the shooting schedule with 30-minute editing sessions (20 photos per session). All photos delivered within 7 days of event end date. Schedule Hours: - Mon, Jan 26: 6:30-8pm (1.5h) - Tues, Jan 27: 8am-5pm and 6-8/9pm (11h) - Weds, Jan 28: 8am-6pm (10h) - Thurs, Jan 29: 5:30pm-9pm (3.5h), Rythm Run 6:30-8am is waived Total hours: 26h Location: Miami, FL NOTES: Hotel and travel fees waived for the first year. *Samples are linked above for each personnel type and service *4-hour daily minimum, 8-hour project minimum, no breaks between schedules *Proposal pricing valid for 15 days *Hotel fee waived if room block provided *Personnel arrive 1 hour prior to start time on Day 1 for setup and walkthrough at no extra charge.
