13 points = 1 race suspension.
DNR = Did Not Race
0 points is as low as your license goes
Minus 2 points for every race you do not get a penalty, or you do not attend.
Race License Penalties
Cause 1 caution in a race.
Cause 2 cautions in a race.
Cause 3 cautions in a race. (disqualified with last place points)
Both drivers at fault. No one else involved.(could not determine fault)
Both drivers at fault. Other driver/drivers involved.
Driver wrecked another driver
Driver caused a wreck that invovled 2 or more drivers.
Driver did not hold the brakes when wrecking and wrecked me.
Driver intentionally wrecked another driver. (Suspended until further notice)
Netcode caused the incident.
Caution Penalties and Jumping the Start or Restart Penalties/Black Flag Penalty
Jumping the start of the race, or any restart. A driver has one lap to give the position or positions back. This means if you restarted 20th, you go back to 20th. Failure to do so will result in last place points.
If a driver continues to call a person or persons out after being warned twice to stop. (Disqualified from race) (Suspended 1 race)(Admins will give this penalty)
All Cautions will be reviewed by the admins immediatly after the race. Admins will issue the proper penalty to all drivers that were at fault.
If a driver asks for a black flag to be cleared, and it should not have been. That driver will be scored 1 lap down from where they finished. If they were 5 laps down at the end of the race, they will be scored 6 laps down.
How to protest a driver/How to appeal a protest
If a driver thinks the admins missed a penalty, they may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the car # of driver, lap, and description of the penalty above. Check the license chart for penalty first.
A driver may protest another driver they had an incident with. You will need to send your protest to email@example.com with the drivers name, Lap, and the penalty description above.
If you protest a driver and you are the one found guilty, you will recieve the penalty.
You may appeal an incident/protest penalty. Submit a discription of why your not guilty, video, and/or communications evidance you may have to firstname.lastname@example.org
All new drivers will get to pick their number when they apply. The number 1 will be added to the beginning (1??) to signify rookie/new driver to the series.
All new drivers that start past halfway in the season, will keep the triple digit number until they complete the next season.
If a new driver causes a wreck in their first three races, they will be suspended a minnimum of one race.
If a new driver causes two cautions in their first three races, they will be suspended a minnimum of one race.

All Drivers over 5pts after last season, had their total license amount cut in half for the next season.
