10/15/2015 20:30:46Jeff (ExpendableYouth)37690A nice overall looking cigar. It has a nice uniformity throughout the stick, there are a couple large veins running through it, and the wrap lines could be a bit tighter. Overall it is a decent looking cigar, with a nice looking wrapper.
87.5The cigar at the food has a musty bar way smell to it, and the wrapper has hints of baking spice.90Medium-StrongMediumThe first third has quite a bit of pepper but isn't overwhelming. I also pick up a semi-sweet chocolate, and espresso notes. There has been a number of burn issues so far, none that have needed any touch ups, but it is pretty wavy thus far.90Medium-StrongMediumThe cigar is smoking really quick, and I mean really quick. I've gotten into the second-third in twenty minutes which is a bit unheard of for me. It hasn't gotten hot or bitter it's just a bit surprising. The core notes of pepper, chocolate, and espresso have continued into the this third and is an overall pleasant smoke so far.90Medium-StrongMediumThe final third has transitioned and while it still has the core notes of chocolate it has picked up a slight nuttiness, and a bit of anise. I am really blown away with how quick this cigar has smoked, and I can't even recall the last time I finished a cigar as fast as this one.90This stick had a solid draw the whole way through.87.5The burn was pretty wavy in the beginning, and while it straightened out toward the second-third it never quite got to a consistent overall burn line.90No real construction issues to speak of. It smoked well if not a bit fast. 90I enjoyed this cigar, but it smoked really fast for me. I wasn't puffing on it like a chimney either and it just took me a bit by surprise. I have to say it was an enjoyable smoke, but I kind of like a bit longer of a smoke to just kick back and relax with. If you are in a bit of a time crunch and are looking for a good smoke with a limited amount of time this is the cigar for you. 46

10/21/2015 18:45:25Craig (WyldKnyght)37690This Robusto sized cigar had a nice smooth maduro colored wrapper with a couple bumps. There were some thin to medium sized veins and a barely visible seam. The cap was a regular double.
92.5The wrapper of this cigar smelled like sweet tobacco, the foot had a tobacco aroma and the dry puff had an earthy flavor.
87.5MediumMediumThis cigar was fairly easy to light. The initial flavor profile was nutty with spices. The burn was uneven and had to be touched up. I started to get a harsh chemical flavor near the end of the first 3rd.
87.5MediumMediumThe burn evened out after I touched it up in the first 3rd. There was some mellow pepper flavor at first that really picked up at the end going into the final 3rd, still had a mild chemical.
87.5MediumMediumThe burn was still a little wavy but fairly straight, I was getting lots of spicy pepper flavor. This cigar was burning hot and I had to use a nubber.
92.5The draw was very easy.87.5Uneven at first, but after a tough up it was fairly even, with a little waviness. 92.5This cigar was firm with a little give with an easy draw. It had a light grey almost white ash and there was lots of thick creamy smoke.
87.5Although it was a hit or miss cigar for me, I did find it too spicy for my liking. there were a couple issues but noting to say this was an awful cigar. I would give it a good rating and would give it another try after some rest.50

10/23/2015 7:31:41Gregg (McGreggor57)37687.5A rather bumpy cigar that is also out of round. The cap is well applied ans the seam work is very nive90Leather and faint barnyard comes off the wrapper while a sweetness accompanies the barnyard at the foot. A little cedar is noticeable on the cold draw.85MediumMediumA pretty healthy spice on the initial retrohales mask a bitter coffee. There is an off putting metallic / peroxide after taste for the first inch or so making it difficult to pick out any additional flavors. As the after taste diminishes it leaves behind some cocoa along with assorted baking spices.. This is helping temper the strong coffee.87.5MediumMediumThe second third brings with it some floral to compliment the allspice and nutmeg. A little coffee and chocolate mingle in the background adding a bit of depth. At the halfway mark leather begins to develop and the floral starts to fade.85MediumMediumPepper returns and is putting an edge on the coffee and chocolate base flavors. Some leather remains in the back ground, but not enough to smooth out the profile. Nearing the end of this sample a harshness creeps in.90A consistent draw that offered a carefree smoke.90Good smoke production coupled with a solid ash and straight burn line.90No issues to note.85The initial off putting after taste lingered on my palate for most of the cigar. There were flashes of solid flavors that unfortunately never achieved any type of balance. The lack of dimension and ultimate harshness would make me shy away from smoking another one. 50

11/3/2015 22:18:51Emmett (BMP_Emmett)37697.5This is a really good looking cigar, very well constructed. The color of the wrapper is very even and shiny, and there are really no veins.90The aroma I get from the wrapper and foot is coffee and spice. The pre-light draw is more mild and earthy, with a bit of must.95Medium-StrongMedium-FullThe first puffs have quite a bit of spice and a background of earth. A little further in, the spice has died down and this thing is a straight up flavor bomb. I'm getting everything from coffee to cocoa to spices. The burn a draw so far have been impeccable.92.5Medium-StrongFullThe first third was such a wild ride, it's hard to follow that up. This third has seen an uptick in strength and spice, but does not have as much complexity. The core flavor has taken a shift towards earth. This third hasn't been as exciting as the previous, but still a very good third by any other standard.90Medium-StrongMedium-FullThis third is kind of half-way between the first two thirds. It's not as complex as the first, and not as spicy as the second. There are some great flavors still present, but not much new. I'm getting mostly coffee and green pepper spices.92.5The draw started out perfect, but tightened up a little bit towards the second third.97.5The burn was nearly perfect, never had to touch it.95Great construction on this cigar, from the appearance to the draw to the burn, almost nothing to complain about.95This is a very enjoyable cigar, especially the first third. If time will turn the second and final thirds to be more like the first, this would be a world-class cigar. Even still, it was really good. I would definitely buy at least 5 of these. I would recommend this to anyone but a novice.60
