Bonus Points (10)Bonus points are given for any parts of the performance that cannot be assigned to the above criteria. The judges personal preference is a large part of judging a muscial based artform. As such, it is important to allow this variable to be utilised in the judging process without compromising the main judging criteria. The purpose of this extra criteria is to allow the judges freedom of choice when ranking the final wildcards. If, for example, the categories above do not give an exact ranking that the judge agrees with - say for example, after applying the points from the above criteria, one wildcard is ranked 5th, and one ranked 6th, and the one ranked 6th they feel should be higher than the one ranked 5th, they can use up to 10 points to tweak the ranking enough so that the final rank fits their personal opinion, without compromising the integrity of the original 4 categories. This gives them the ability to implement their personal opinions without affecting the integrity of the judging system.Judges assign points to adjust their rank to what represents their personal choice for the final ranking. This also applies if they feel like the routine has something special that they would like to give points for but it does not fit into any of the above categories. They get max 10 points per artist.
