intersection of G Avenue and 2nd Street, the victim observed a vehicle later
identified as the suspect vehicle traveling in close proximity and following the
same route. Upon recognizing she was being followed, the victim elected to
return to campus for safety. The victim reported the incident to the La Grande Police Department.
however, no formal or trackable case number was issued at the time of the
report.

The person began yelling at everything and everyone walking East on G Ave. Security called LGPD and asked that the person be tresspassed from EOU. He did and let her go off campus. The person walked to the path going East to 12th St. and started throwing the traffic cones. LGPD Officer than arrested her.

her E-scooter in the bike rack on the South side of Hoke. She did not lock the
scooter. When student came out at 420pm the scooter was gone. She called

as well as the La Grande Police Department and made a police report.
Security reviewed camera footage and found a male with a camo looking jacket and blue jeans riding a scooter off campus at 401pm. He went between Ackerman and Zabel, east on the pipeline walkway until he turned south on the road with the mechanical arm. He than went east on the path behind the Plant. Left the property on 12 th . St.
Sergeant Herbel stopped by the office at 735pm and looked at 2 pictures of the male with the E-scooter. He could not tell from the video if he knew the person.
Security could not find where he came onto campus.

SeptemberAt 1215 Sargent Norton arrived on the Southside exterior of the Plant. He then took pictures and started to dust for prints. He did not get any finger prints but he was able to get a good palm print. I then informed him of the break-in on 8-4-24. He said to have the worker (Dean Rudimch Jr.) to call today when he arrives to work and ask to speak with him and he will add that break-in to this one.
