Please note that we DO NOT accept applications directly from individual students. Only those selected as a nominee at their home university may apply.　
1. If you are nominating students, please complete the required information on this Nomination Sheet and submit it by the deadline.

2. Please send the application form (Excel) 「(for Students)Application Form 2026.4」to your nominee and inform them of the following:
・The application form has been revised. Sections for entering classes codes have been added. Please make sure to use the latest version of the form.
・Carefully review the contents of the "Sample Input" and "How to Syllabus Search" before completing the application form.
・Submit the application form by the application deadline.
Application Deadline: September 15, 2025
・Check the "Submission Instructions" sheet in the application form for the application method.
・Prepare the Required Documents listed in the Fact Sheet in advance.

２．被推薦者に申請書（Excel）「(for Students)Application Form 2026.4」を送付し、以下のことを伝えてください。
・申請書様式が変更になりました。授業のコードを選ぶ欄を追加しています。必ず最新の様式を使用してください。
・申請書を作成する前に「Sample Input 入力例」と「How to Syllabus Search」の内容をよく確認してください
・出願締切までに提出すること
出願締切：2025年9月15日
・申請方法は申請書（Excel）の「Submission Instructions　提出方法」のシートを確認すること
・Fact Sheetに記載の必要書類は事前に準備を進めておくこと

*Before recommending a student, please check the number of exchange students that can be dispatched and the validity period of the agreement in the Student Exchange Agreement.

*学生を推薦する前に、派遣可能な交換留学生の人数及び協定の有効期限を学生交換協定書で確認してください。

*If the student exchange agreement expires without being renewed, the student cannot be accepted—even if the application review process has already begun.

*学生交流協定が更新されずに終了した場合は、申請書の確認を進めていたとしても学生を受け入れることはできません。
