Insurance renewal/planningWork with M3, MMSD key stakeholders, the Board and others to plan and implement appropriate benefit changes. Be an active participant in the annual budget planning process.Rachelle Hady

Wellness planningWork with wellness committee to manage the wellness program. Manage the annual wellness assessment and annual wellness fair.Rachelle Hady

Insurance eligibility and billingManage enrollments, terminations, changes in the HRIS system, payroll, carriers and internal tracking documents. Create and pay bills on appropriate schedule (monthly or quarterly).Rachelle Hady
