Feb 2022Achieved a Quality By-Name List and established chronic baseline month as Jan 2022 at 104 people experiencing chronic homelessness

Aug 2022Reset basline as Aug 2022 due to large increase from Jan 2022 baseline due to additional providers engaged in providing data, a number of condemned buildings, and decreased affordable housing

2023A break in data submissions occurred over 2023 as the community worked to re-establish their data following staff turnovers. Data as best as could be identified was submitted but is not considered comprehensive. As such there is no recognition of a reduction over this time.
