Each Teammate should plan on completing at least 2 time slots, and plan on staying from EITHER 10 to 12:30pm or from 11:30 to 2pm to support.

Additional fun opportunities (parent/child relays, sprint races) will be available during the "overlap time" of 11:30-12:30. See following page for interest form.

Each SRA team member is responsible for completing 10,400 meters of erg work. On-water and bike meters, while beneficial for your fitness, do not count for this challenge.

One prize will be awarded to the person who completes the most meters in person at the Ergathon event.
