The condition I judge the card is to the best of my knowledge researching, talking with fellow collectors, and watching high end collectors for nearly a decade now.

LPLight PlayThere are many issues with the card. Significant whitening on the back, centering is off, scratches on the holo, creases or wear on the corners. Not a gradable card
9
LP/NMLight Play/Near MintThe card still has many issues, but none are too significant. Issues don't detract from the card, or are mainly on the back. Centering is not perfect, and back has whitening to corners and edges. Borderline gradable card.
10
NM-Low Near MintThe low end of Near Mint. Card is virtually perfect on the front. The centering is likely the biggest thing detracting from a higher grade. Backside has some whitening and light scratches. Everything above this should be graded.
11
NMNear MintThe card has a few issues that keep it from being mint. Centering likely off but not by a lot. Backside likely has whitening, any scratches are very light and do not detract from the card.
12
NM+High Near MintThe card has very few issues. The centering is likely off but only by a small margin. The back of the card might have one small white dot on a corner. There are no scratches anywhere.
13
NM/MNear Mint or MintThe card is almost flawless. The centering is borderline perfect, but may be just outside the margin for a perfect grade. There is no whitening on the back and no scratches at all.
14
