Beginning BandSara Marinomarinos@fairhaven.edu5th5th graders taking band lessons will see specific directions on Google Classroom about how to make recordings and submit them to Dr. Marino. She will be available for 1:1 time to support students with practicing & making recordings. Dr. M will compile and edit these recordings to create a virtual ensemble. When we are back in person, we will go back to a more typical ensemble, and meet before school on Tuesdays.5th graders taking band lessons are automatically included (musicians may opt out).

When we are back in person, we will go back to a more typical auditioned ensemble, and meet during lunch/recess on Fridays7th & 8th graders taking band lessons are automatically included right now (musicians may opt out, and we will go back to an interest/audition system when back in person).

Running ClubJessica Heeren and Jo Heathheerenj@fairhaven.edu,heathj@fairhaven.edu4-8th gradesTuesdays @ 2:30pm beginning 10/20. Weather permitting, students will meet at Sportsman's Field and run to Fair Haven Fields as a group. We will then return to Sportsman's Field by approximately 3:30pm. Students will be dismissed from Sportsman's Field.Interest meetings were held on 9/30 & 10/6. Additional interested students may join after they have turned in Sports Physical by October 23rd. Once the school doctor has cleared the student's paperwork they may join.

6-8th GradesApplications for Student Council can be found in the main office. 6-8th graders can sign up to be a reppresentative for their grade. 8th grade positions must complete application and submit all parts by Oct. 20-21st for review before elections!Student can sign up by emailing milanowyczzt@fairhaven.edu or finding an application in the main office.
