Vivec InformantsSave Huleeya by convincing (Urven Davor) to leave him aloneHis kind aren't welcome here. He belongs in the swamp with the rest of them.Stand aside, or they'll be fishing your corpse from the Canalworks by morning.78Surely a gentleman like you has better things to do then harass beastfolk.74Fine. It's just a filthy lizard, anyway, nothing to get upset about. Now get out, before we change our minds.Oh, I'm no gentleman. And no outlander tells me what to do.Failure should result in all three characters attacking the player and Huleeya. Success should result in all three characters backing off.

Vivec InformantsSave Huleeya by convincing (Ethys Savil) to leave him aloneWhat, are you some kind of filthy lizard lover? You wanta give your little friend a big kiss?Careful. That 'filthy lizard' you're taunting is a member of the Morag Tong. 77I don't think the Ordinators outside would appreciate you disturbing the peace.79Fine, then I'll leave him be. But out of respect for the Tong, not for him.Who do you think tipped us off about a lizard stinking up the corner club? I'm going to enjoy this.Failure should result in all three characters attacking the player and Huleeya. Success should result in all three characters backing off.
7
Vivec InformantsSave Huleeya by convincing (Favel Gobor) to leave him aloneThis rotting piece of trash oughta be chained up somewhere, not running around free.Apologies, Sera. This beast escaped our plantation last night. Leave him to me.79This is a Holy City. All people are welcome here.49Good riddance. And try keeping his chains tighter this time, will ya?People? You're calling that 'thing' a person? Lizard lovers like you disgust me.Failure should result in all three characters attacking the player and Huleeya. Success should result in all three characters backing off.

Zainsubani InformantAfter giving Hassour Zainsubani a book of poetry (Ashland Hymns) as a gift, he quizzes the player on a subtlty of its meaning. This is a gift for me? I am amazed. A copy of "Ashland Hymns"? Simple sentiments, simply stated. You must be well read to come by such a book, outlander. What have you learned of the hymn 'Wonderous Love?'The chains of love are a wonderous bond, weaving two souls in faith.68The chains of love are a terrible prison, confining two souls in sorrow.72Well spoken. I gratefully accept your gift. My people have never loved the written word, and I lament their ignorant scorn for such common yet potent magic. I thank you, and I honor your courtesy, outlander. It would please me to return your courtesy by answering your questions. What would you wish to know about the Ashlanders and the Nerevarine cult?A gift given in ignorance is a poor gift, indeed, outlander. And poor gifts make poor friends. If the player fails to give the correct assesment of the poem's meaning, they must gift one of the other two books and try again. If the player fails all three attempts, the NPC will reply with the vanilla dialog: "I understand. You wish to give me a suitable gift, but you do not know me well enough to choose such a gift, or you cannot find or afford a gift you know to be suitable for me. Well. Let us take your earnest thought and effort as a token of your gift. You have behaved courteously, and I am inclined to help you. What would you wish to know about the Ashlanders and the Nerevarine cult?"

Corprus CareConvince Caius Cosades to open up about his Skooma addiction.Internal politics. I thought about refusing the recall. But they have members of my family back in the capital. I'm afraid it may have something to do with the problems with the succession. Then there's some concearn about my sugar. Vvrdenfell is a dangerous place. A little skooma takes the edge off. 69Some concearn? You're clearly an addict.40Not for me. The sugar gives me a different perspective, allows me to see patterns and connections I wouldn't otherwise. It's invaluable for working in intelligence. Anyway, if you're going to take the stuff, you might as well make the most of it. [Giving animation]. Take my Skooma pipe. I confiscated it off a Khajiti smuggler when I first arrived in Vvardenfell. Those were the days. Regardless, I'm needed in the Imperial City. As the Emperor's health declines, factions are maneuvering for advantage. I may be gone a while -- that's why I'm promoting you to Operative.Be that as it may, as the Emperor's health declines, factions are maneuvering for advantage. I may be gone a while -- that's why you're promoted to Operative.Choosing the player success prompt should make Cosades give you his Skooma Pipe. Caius Cosades's Skooma Pipe should be a unique item that either is identical in fuction to other Skooma Pipes, but with unique name, or could do something cute like, "While in inventory, the effects of Skooma are halved, but last twice as long."

Mehra Milo and the Lost PropheciesBluff your way into Mehra Milo's prison cell by convincing the Grand Inquisitor you have proper authorization.I don't care who you are, or why you're here. No one comes in here without proper authorization. Now, get out, while you can. Then you can explain to the Archcannon why I couldn't carry out his orders.75I was sent by lord Vivec himself. It is imperative I speak with a prisoner.75This is against procedures. And you know it. Go ahead. The key is in the desk. But I have to report this. Immediately.Am I supposed to believe such a tale? GUARDS! SEIZE THEM!In order to succeed, the player should be at least rank 5 - Adept within the Tribunal Temple, OR be wearing full Indoril armor, OR have a Speech skill of at least 70, +/- the Inquisitor's disposition toward the player. If the player fails the check or selects the player failure prompt, the failure prompt is queued, and the Ordinator's should attack the player. If the player succeeds, they can safely remove the prison key from the Inquisitor's desk and move throughout the prison without being attacked.

Hlaalu HortatorConvince Yngling Half-Troll to name you Hlaalu Hortator. That's a touching story, but if you don't have 2000 drakes, you won't get my vote.As Hortator, I could be a very influential ally - one who would owe you a favor.80Perhaps your lordship could be satisfied by other means?56Hmm. Perhaps you're not as simple-minded as you look. Yes, I could use someone like you in my debt.Keep your clothes on, fool. Save your backside for that degenerate Crassius Curio.
14
Ahemmusa NerevarineConvince Hlireni Indavel to allow the Ahemmusa Ashlanders to take refuge in Ald Daedroth.Well, well, well. Do you have a game you want to play? Tell me...Share the shrine with the Ashlanders, or I'll play hide and seek with your head.80I speak for the Ahemmusa, who seek shelter here. Surely the Mad God pities them?80I see. So the game is 'Challenge and Bluff.' And, given your rather impressive reputation, I hesitate to call your bluff. So. You win. I concede. I can't speak for the Ordinators, of course, but I promise you may bring your little tribals here, and my followers will not harm them. I swear on the Mad God.That's so sad. We all shed a tear for the poor little savages. It's a terrible world for the little helpless things. But… life must have its little tragedies, mustn't it? Or else it would be cheerful and dull.

Erabenimsun NerevarineConvince Han-Ammu to fight with you against Ulath-Pal and his supportersI don't care what Manirai says. I don't want to be ashkhan. Everyone despises me. I am a weakling, and a coward, and a fool. I hate it, but it is true. I just want to be left alone. You are a fool, and I am an outlander. And yet fate has chosen us both to lead.79Then find your courage. Come with me to challenge Ulath-Pal and his followers.78Fate? Perhaps you are right outlander. Manirai says that destiny works through us all... I would name you Nerevarine of the Erabenimsun, if I were ashkhan. But that can never happen while Ulath-Pal and his followers live. Maybe together we can overcome them.I'm not interested, you're just going to get me killed. If the player is successful, Han-Ammu will join the player to fight the rival ashkhan and his lieutenants. If Han-Ammu survives, he will name you ashkhan without requesting the items worn by Ulath-Pal and his followers. If the player fails, Han-Ammu will not join the player, and they will have to proceed through the quest as it is in vanilla.
