They service the area and are prompt, and your service charge goes toward the repair.” From Matthew - we had a bad experience with Andy's repair. They initially called back and got a tech scheduled quickly. I told them the exact part to repair. Scheduled a service window from 10am - 1pm (red flag!). Tech called at 1:30 saying he'd be late. Didn't show up until 2:30. Charged us $100 to tell us we need the part fixed I'd already told the home office we needed fixed. Told us we had to replace the door, since he coudlnt get the part. I ended up buying a repair kit online for $70. Boo.

We realized our fence was over the property line (our fault) when our new neighbors moved in and Matthew was great about coming out to move that section of fence. I've seen deer run head-long into the fence and it has held. Neighbors have reported that they have seen deer jump the fence but we have never seen it - just easier to go elsewhere than to go over it. With that said, we have had small holes in the bottom of the fence chewed by rabbits which reportedly will just be rechewed if you fix. Perhaps Matthew has updated his system of fence to fix this.

We cannot recommend Trogdon Design Jim TrogdonBAD REVIEW Charles and Ellen Johnson2/20/2017On the basis of a recommendation on the neighborhood list serve, we selected Trogdon Desigh for a bathroom renovation that included hardwood flooring. The flooring turned out to be a disaster. The hardwood was installed over particle board in violation of the installation instructions. That causes the warrenty on the floor to be voided. The floor has now buckled. Three installers have diagnosed the problem and have submitted estimates of approximately $2500 for partial repair of the mess. As of this date Jim Trogdon has not looked at the buckled floor despite our requests.

7/2016		TS: fantastic handyman/carpenter/contractor. He built our garden shed, installed a ceiling fan, did roof repairs and minor plumbing repairs. He is smart, reliable, reasonable and resourceful. 2022: built outside beautiful wooden steps and stairway, added doorway to our porch.
PV: Tom was a good communicator and did a tough fix in our crawlspace. He originally made a mistake on the scope of the project, apologized profusely, rescheduled when he could bring help, and finished the job.
