Neuro Navigators Support and Advocacy Nonprofit GroupRosemary L Morgan-Lee843-624-1020rosemarymorganlee@neuronavigatorsadvocacy.com Diverse resources and testimonials Neuro Navigators Support and Advocacy Group, a community dedicated to providing support and advocating for those affected by neurological diagnoses and neurodivergent population. Our mission is simple yet crucial - to advocate, support, and provide resources to increase awareness for healthcare patients with neurological diseases. We are committed to meticulously researching and educating ourselves to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care for their best life possible.
As few may know, we have way too many patients/loved ones in Florence who must go outside of our community for the best care. Our vision and goal is to REACH AND ACHIEVE, not only the Sensory Academia Research Center, also an intense multidisciplinary neuro rehabilitation facility for all ages/diagnoses. Of course, I think this should be next to the Behavioral Health Facility, as mental health is extremely prevalent in all diagnoses. The program should include 4-5 transitional apartments, followed by a full day Outpatient program including vocational rehab so these loved ones CAN LIVE THEIR BEST LIFE.

Enrollment Assistance ProgramTarsha Campbell`8032363584tarsha.x.campbell@asmresearch.com Enrollment Assistance Program (EAP): Your Partner in Health Equity and closing the Healthcare Coverage Gap

My name is Tarsha Campbell and I work with the Enrollment Assistance Program (EAP), in partnership with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). We currently have a two-year contract that allows our program to deploy in Florence County, Berkely County, Sumter County, and Horry County to assist consumers with health coverage enrollment and health coverage literacy.

Our contract with CMS allows our program to work in 28 states. CMS found that there is limited Navigator representation in the four counties listed above; therefore, we will be deploying teams to work in-person, as well as remotely, with consumers in need of healthcare coverage-including children through the Childrens Health Insurance Plan (CHIP) and Medicaid. Our services are free and unbiased.
