Miles (for total lifetime mileage recording for riders) is a websters dictionary STATUTE MILE
25
Mileage Points are based on how long it takes the winnner to finish (usually 10mph.)
26
Competition Points (as shown above) are calculated for top 10 of of the MILEAGE POINTS (not statute miles,) and are = to Mileage points for all riders completiong out of the Top 10.
27
The Member ID and Horse ID columns are for the members WDRA number and the horse's WDRA number. When submitting results for a ride that is dually sanctioned, you only need to report results for WDRA members. For example, at an AERC ride, not all riders will be WDRA member so they will not provide WDRA #s, you need only submit the results for your WDRA memebrs to the WDRA
28
Ride completion time is the is the total time of the ride, minus the holds. So to fill this column, subtract finishing time, from start time, and then subtract the total time of all the holds (may be multiple holds combined.)
29
Pull code examples: L for "Lame," M for "Metabolic," SF for "Surface Factors," RO for "Rider Option" or RO-L or RO-M for "rider option lame/metabolic."
30
If you are also submitting your results to AERC, you can submit them in this same format, but simply remove columns D and E, andreplace columns G and K with AERC #s rather than WDRA #s
31
******************
For dually sanctioned rides, your "MASTER" spreadsheet might have column headers that look like the example below, feel free to copy and paste them in your spreadsheet if you are a dually sanctioned event manager.
