I also advise the Dream Scholars and Colleagues, a student org dedicated to educating the campus and broader communities about tuition equity, DACA(Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), and the Dream Act. To date, in unison, we have awarded approximately $60,000 in scholarships and presented numerous education programs on campus and for local community service organizations and libraries.

Have developed games to teach my cell biology course where all examples use cancer. Developmental biology class does a final project on how the environment affects development, possible collaborations with local companies to test ground water using a biological marker (tadpole development).
