READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

To Save: Go to "File," and select "Make a copy." Name your document and save in your Google Drive.

To Print: Go to "File -> Print." In "Print Settings," change "Current Sheet" to "Workbook." Select "Fit to Page" AND "Portrait" in Layout.

Application MUST be postmarked by March 20, 2020.

Information:- Grants will be awarded for initiating or improving a chapter program.

- Recipients will be determined by a grants award committee, based on this application.

- All grants are in the form of cash awards (checks) issued to the FFA chapter.

- Grant monies are paid to each chapter upon receipt of written thank-you notes to program sponsor(s).

- All grants are paid to the chapter with the understanding that award funds will be used to meet expenses of conducting the activity or program outlined in application.

- A Final Report is required to be eligible for future grant funding.

Requirements:- Application MUST be typed and be the current application.

- FFA chapter must be in good standing with the Wisconsin Association of FFA.

- Application must be signed by the FFA advisor.

- One additional page may be attached if necessary.

- Limit: one grant per FFA chapter per category.

Bethany L. Rieth Memorial Community Service Grant (one $500 grant available)

: To support chapters in completing meaningful service projects that make a difference in their community

Food for America Grant (multiple grants available)
30
: Activities to inform and educate about food systems, production and healthy choices

Burton H. Morris Chapter Grant (multiple grants available)

: Available to FFA programs with land base in Adams County with no program restrictions

WAXX/Wisconsin Farm Report Network with Pam Jahnke Convention Grant (multiple available)

: Awarded to FFA Chapters across Wisconsin whose members have financial contraints that prevent them from attending State Convention

AgCountry Chapter Grant (multiple available, up to $500)

: Unrestricted program/project funding for chapters located in AgCountry Farm Credit Service area

Eligible chapters include: Abbotsford, Almond-Bancroft, Amherst, Antigo, Athens, Auburndale, Colby, DC Everest, Edgar, Gilman, Granton, Greenwood, Loyal, Marathon, Marshfield, Medford, Merrill, Mosinee, Neillsville, Owen-Withee, Pittsville, Tri-County, Rosholt, Spencer, Stanley-Boyd, Stevens Point, Stratford, Thorp, Wausau East, Wausau West, Wisconsin Rapids – Lincoln
