Notes:
11
pIC50 (i.e. the negative logarithm of the IC50) and IC50 values were obtained from a 4 parameter logistic fit of the concentration-response data. Greater or less than values indicate where the potency estimates could not be fully resolved due to the limited concentration range tested, or insolubility. In such cases % maximum inhibition values are returned in the notes column.
12
13
95% Confidence limits for the pIC50 and IC50 value from the curve fit. Values <0.5 indicate that the pIC50 is resolved within ±0.5 of a log unit with 95% probability.
14
15
Cell count denotes the number of data points (cells) included in the curve fit. Up to 4 cells per test concentration may pass the cell QC criteria. Thus, for an 8 point concentration response curve a maximum of 32 cells may be obtained.
16
17
Solubility observations record the visual presence of precipitate in the assay ready compound plate where samples are prepared at 3x the final test concentration. Solubility observations are reported with reference to the final assay concentration in order to flag the possibility of compromised data points.
