In an effort to reduce redundancy, and weight/ space/gear requirements, a concerted effort is being made to streamline and integrate my existing systems. In each level I'm attempting to define the mission, its scope, and probable duration. Categories may need to be subdivided/ expanded/ renamed, this is just the initial framework. Numbers/Levels somewhat correspond to Cooper color codes.
