BriVanna Boutique wants to be sure that you are happy with your products. However, we understand if for some reason you are not, you will be entitled to a full refund excluding original shipping fee, if returned within 10 days of order delivery or if purchased instore you have 7 days from purchase date. At this point you can return your product for a different size or product, receive store credit or a refund to the original payment method upon arrival of the return if within the days mentioned above. If the product is an exchange, we will ship it out immediately once the returned item is received, as long as the requested item is still in stock.

Please understand that as much as we are here to help, we do have some conditions to our return and exchange policy.  The returned item must have no visible signs of wear or use, be unwashed, tags need to remain on the item, no signs of damage of any kind including make-up stains, and free of pet hairs.  Discounted or Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you cannot return it back in the packaging it came in please replace it into a poly mailer or secured packaging. We would really appreciate you following our InStore 7 day & Online 10 day return policy however, for some reason the items are returned after the 10 days you will Only receive a Store Credit. We are a small company and can't afford to have returns sent back a month later.

To return or exchange your product, please do the following steps:

1. Complete this form and include this sheet with any items you
are returning.
2. Choose the product(s) you wish to return or exchange from
your order.
3. If exchanging please notify us of your new size
4. Re-pack your product(s) in the original packaging if applicable, or in your own secured packaging. If using original packaging make sure you remove old labels for the return label.
5. BriVanna Boutique does not cover the cost of return shipping. Returns must be sent via USPS to arrive at our address successfully. BriVanna Boutique is not responsible for undelivered returns or exchanges.
6. Mail your package via USPS or UPS to our return address listed to the left within 10 days of order delivery. If received any later you will only receive a store credit.
