3	College Board Big Future Scholarship	If you are an eligible student, by completing a college planning step using your College Board account, you will automatically earn a chance to win a $500 scholarship and an additional chance to win a $40,000 scholarship.	Monthly	Must attend a public, private, or home school, located in one of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or any other U.S. territories and possessions, or are U.S. Citizens or residents who attend a U.S. Department of Defense Education Activity (“DoDEA”) school outside of the United States and U.S. territories.
4	Minority Teacher Education Scholarship (Fall Semester)	$4,000	08/01	- Resident of FL and African American/Black, Hispanic, Latinx, Asian American, Pacific Islander, American Indian, or Alaskan Native. - Be admitted into a state-approved teacher education program at any of FFMT's participating universities/colleges. - Be a junior, senior, or a graduate student and have not earned a baccalaureate degree in Education. You may have earned a baccalaureate degree in a field outside of Education. A graduate student must be enrolled in a program that leads to initial teacher certification. - Have earned 60 credit hours or an AA degree. - Have not exceeded 18 credit hours of upper division education courses.
5	Dave Davis Memorial Scholarship	$5,000	08/14	- Be a graduating high school senior in Dade, Broward or Palm Beach counties - Have a minimum 3.0 weighted GPA - Have created or taken part in an exceptional community service program, with a dedication of at least 300 hours towards a single effort - Plan to enroll full-time in a college, university, or trade school
6	South Florida Business Aviation Association Scholarship Program	$5,000	08/14	- Be a graduating high school senior in Dade, Broward or Palm Beach counties or be enrolled as a first year student at an Aviation Institution in Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties. - Have a minimum 3.0 weighted GPA. - Plan to continue education within the aviation sector (including, but not limited to, aeronautical  science, aerospace engineering, air traffic management, aviation management, aircraft  maintenance, or becoming a certified commercial pilot). - Enroll in a college or vocational school on a full-time basis. - Provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher/advisor/employer/etc. - Completed application, essay, high school transcript, and a letter of recommendation are required. - Ask CAP Advisor for the application.
7	The Education Fund and Suncoast Credit Union Career and Technical Education Scholarship	$1,000	8/31	- Open Application Period: May 1 - August 31 - Available to high school seniors from from low-income households. - Students plan to enroll in one of the seven (7) M-DCPS Technical Colleges and be in good academic standing. - Applicants must enroll and begin courses in the summer or the fall term following graduation.
